ABOUT LIAM TREANOR

At Liam Treanor Furniture we design and manufacture fine furniture and lighting products. Our designs are the result of years of critical observations towards the functionality and aesthetics of products currently on the market and those of the past.

The furniture we produce reflects accomplishments of mid twentieth century design; with refined forms, clean flowing lines, a lightweight aesthetic and respect to the fundamentals of function.

Furniture should be a joy to have around. It should fit into and enhance an environment without being obtrusive; we like to think of it as visual pleasure through intelligent design. Intelligent design embodies everything that is important in a successful product, which is what we endeavour to achieve.

The products at Liam Treanor Furniture can be made to order. This means that elements of the furniture can be altered to suit your needs or taste. For example the timber used can be changed, as can the colour of sprayed components. If you have a query please make contact before placing

All products are made using materials sourced from Forest Stewardship Council registered woodlands. FSC is an organisation which promotes responsible management of the world’s forests.
We use only English grown timber; celebrating our generous diverse mix of species whilst also reducing our carbon footprint.

In 2010 Liam graduated from the University of Lincoln with a 1st class Furniture Design and Making degree.
